1. What Data We Collect

When you authenticate via Discord OAuth2, we receive and store:

• —Discord User ID
• —Discord username and server nickname
• —Discord avatar URL
• —Guild membership and role data from the authorized server

2. How It Is Used

Collected data is used solely to:

• —Verify your identity and RI server membership
• —Assign appropriate access clearance based on your Discord roles
• —Maintain audit logs of critical actions within the platform
• —Display your character profile to other authorized members

3. Who Can See Your Data

Your profile and activity data is accessible only to authorized members of the RI Discord server. Data is not shared with third parties, sold, or transmitted outside of platform infrastructure except as required for Discord OAuth2 authentication.

4. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as you are an active member. Upon request or upon departure, personal profile data may be deleted at administrator discretion. Audit logs may be retained for security and accountability purposes. To request deletion, contact an administrator through the official Discord server.
