Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

Access to this Service is restricted to authorized members of the Legions of the Republic (LoR) RI server. You must be an active Discord server member with a valid role assignment. Unauthorized access attempts are strictly prohibited and logged.

2. Acceptable Use

This platform is an in-character roleplay organization management tool. You agree not to:

• —Share credentials or session access with unauthorized individuals
• —Attempt to access data beyond your assigned clearance level
• —Enter real-world personal information into character or record fields
• —Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm other members
• —Attempt to circumvent security controls or scrape platform data

3. Content Rules

All content entered into this platform must be in-character within the LoR Star Wars roleplay setting. Content must remain consistent with community standards. Harassment, real-world targeting, or offensive out-of-character content is prohibited and may result in account termination.

4. Account Termination

Access may be revoked at any time at administrator discretion, including cases of policy violation, departure from the organization, or loss of server membership on the affiliated Discord server. Revocation may be immediate and without prior notice.

RI Tactical Database is a fan-created roleplay management tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Lucasfilm Ltd., The Walt Disney Company, or any official Star Wars IP holder. All Star Wars references are used in a non-commercial, fan roleplay context. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
